LogiNext is looking for an experienced and dedicated finance, accounting and legal professional to become a part of our fast growing team. A tech enthusiast that you are, you will be passionate about structuring the finance and accounting function for a Software as a Service business model. With a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS business model, you will be responsible for financial planning, performance reporting and analytics across the board and help internal and external stakeholders with the structure to scale the business.

You should be a reliable financial advisor to the CEO and board of directors and be able to build comprehensive investor reporting. You will lead the ERP implementation and maintenance throughout the business cycle from client onboarding to employee experience. You should have an intense desire to set the vision transforming business goals into profitable and financially scalable outcomes which eventually prepares the organization for an IPO.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide visibility into revenue forecasting, pipeline, variance, budgeting, etc.
  • Calculate KPIs like MRR growth, expansion, churn, LTV, CAC, etc.
  • Enterprise sales support with legal agreement reviews and closures by working with external legal counsels
  • Build economic models to support new market expansion
  • Design measures to monitor sales efficiency, targets and compensation
  • Budgeting and planning the entire P&L, preparing board presentations
  • Putting financial controls and processes across the board

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, business administration, finance, economics, statistics or related fields
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in helping or leading accounting professionals, working with auditors and investor representatives in IT consulting, investment banking or SaaS organizations
  • Advanced skill-set for driving ERP implementations, CRM maintenance, transfer pricing exercises, statutory and tax audits (including hold on GAAP and IFRS)
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization/analytics tools 
  • Solid know-how of Enterprise SaaS products, KPIs and business model
  • Ability to multi task at a high degree with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in client and investor meetings
  • Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, working with multiple stakeholders/team members, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
